Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and maintain strong

relationships with clients. You will manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and presenting

our product and services to closing deals and ensuring timely collection.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in all Business field.

• Candidate with 1-2 years of sales experience preferred. Those with the same industry will be

an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

• Must have a valid driving license and able to travel if required.

• Results oriented, self- driven, persuasive and resourceful.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) Operator to join our team. As a NOC Operator, you will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our network infrastructure 24/7. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal network performance, responding to incidents, and proactively identifying potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Monitoring:

• Continuously monitor network performance metrics, including bandwidth utilization, latency, and error rates.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and diagnose network issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential network problems before they impact service delivery.

2. Incident Response:

• Respond to network incidents promptly and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Troubleshoot network issues, including hardware, software, and configuration problems.
• Escalate critical issues to higher-level support teams as needed.

3. Network Configuration:

• Configure network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, to meet business requirements.
• Implement network changes in a controlled and documented manner.

4. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in IT or Bachelor of IT or equivalent
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSI model)
