Job Summary

The Shipping Officer will play a pivotal role in managing import and export activities, monitoring inbound shipments, and coordinating outbound shipments. This role requires proficiency in customs processes specific to a transshipment hub like the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, and a solid understanding of international trade and preferential agreements. Responsibilities:

• Work with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
• Present production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used).
• Develop detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Job Summary:

The Production Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the production department. This role ensures that production records are accurately maintained, production schedules are adhered to, and communication between departments is effective. The Production Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of daily production outputs, material usage, and wastage.
• Prepare and update production logs, ensuring data accuracy and timely entry.
• Organize and file production-related documents such as work orders, maintenance logs, and quality control reports.

Production Scheduling:

• Assist in coordinating production schedules to ensure timely completion of production orders.
