Your assignment

• Oversee day-to-day safety and security operations within the shopping centre.
• Assist in developing EHS and security policies, procedures and training materials and promote EHS program to ensure compliance.
• Assist to develop and implement crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during emergencies.
• Conduct pre-opening inspections to ensure that tenant fit-out activities comply with company safety and security guidelines.
• Utilize CCTV systems and other security technologies to monitor the shopping centre premises.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• Manage access control systems and ensure the security of entry points.
• Issue and monitor access cards for coworkers, tenants, and authorized personnel.
• Review and approve permit to work, including hot work permits, impairment permits, working at height permits, and other safety and security permits.
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, and external partners to enhance overall safety and security.
• Foster positive relationships with law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
• Provide ongoing training to the security team on relevant security procedures and protocols.
• Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents, and liaise with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and training activities, and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in conducting internal safety and security audits and firefighting equipment testing.

Execute customer plans for volume development and maintain customer service for all stores in the assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume, collection and profit targets.

• Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities.
• Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
• Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
• Ensure correct shelf price and merchandising are implemented.
• Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled.
• Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
• Participate in sales activation and promotional activities as and when required.
• Enhance relationship through productive communication with all customers to ensure prompt response to needs or complaints to achieve maximum customers’ satisfaction.
• Monitor activity at store level and communicate competitive, category, and product information that affect sales results (e.g. pricing, product assortment, promotion and placement) to Sales Management, so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics.
• To perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.

• In conjunction with the business strategy, identify, to deliver existing or new markets to grow the business. Ensure feasibility and successful delivery of products or services
• Assist to maintain consistent contact and provide Sales and Marketing for the stipulated Region.  
• Coordinate and support for tender preparation and submission. 
• Prepare report on Sales.
• Assist in marketing business within the stipulated Region. 
• Handle all incoming mail or issues that related with Sales/Marketing.
• Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within the region.

• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.

The Accountant Executive position is a crucial role in supporting the Company’s financial functions. The role will be actively involved in handling financials transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain general ledger and posting of journal entries; perform monthly bank reconciliation and assist in monthly reporting
• Process day to day vendor invoices, payments, checking and updating account payables details in the system
• Perform vendor account reconciliation and liaise with vendors/ internal teams to resolve discrepancies (if any)
• Assist in maintaining or create new counterparts in system.
• Ensure proper maintenance and filling of documentations
• Assist in preparation of company annual budget and monitor budget utilization
• Assist in annual audit process; providing documents and explanations
• Assist in preparation and filing SST and WHT
