• Conduct daily reliability test data analysis and reporting, including failure analysis (FA) for abnormal data
• Study and optimize test criteria based on product design
• Oversee machine/tooling buy-off, standardization, tool maintenance, and spare parts management.
• Tool optimization and new tool preparation to meet new product/technology requirements.
• Collaborate with the worldwide team to ensure consistent testing correlation
• Support other function teams for key projects.
• Manage Tool capacity
• Maintain proper documentation of work processes and procedures
• Communicate timely and effectively with relevant stakeholders
• Coach and guide technicians and operators

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team. You will be responsible for technical and administration activities of IT server and services which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration. You will also take in charge of troubleshooting and providing solutions if there are any the issues. You will be reporting to IT Manager and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of an IT infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing virtualization infrastructure such as VMware, Nutanix, VDI, etc.
• Administration of Windows server and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File server, ERP, etc.
• Implementing and managing DevOps system.
• Monitoring the performance of all software and hardware, installing servers, configuring systems, and making sure every technical aspect is running smoothly.
• Supporting and driving other daily server operations and security tasks.
• Giving hands-on user support in the office and remotely.
• Writing user manuals and KB in ServiceNow.

• Publish Consolidated financial statements,
• Manage global Account Reconciliation Tool,
• Lead or assist Intercompany, GL and consolidation related system integration or automation projects to improve functional efficiency,
• Perform month-end close activities including preparing and reviewing journal entries.
• Prepare and present monthly account reconciliations,
• Explore potential areas for process harmonization/improvement and recommend suitable changes to management,
• Prepare process documentation trainings between different teams and facilitate meeting and discussions,
• Assist internal / external audits relating to GL, intercompany and other SOX requirements.
• Assist Consolidation Manager with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
