Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work culture.
• Design and execute performance management and appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Plan and manage employee benefits, payroll, and HR budgets.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Knowledge of HR software, labour laws, and best practices.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and drive HR projects.

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that aligns with ECRI’s mission and business objectives.
• Talent Management: Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent across all levels of the organization.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, handling all employee relations issues and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

• Learning and Development: Develop, implement and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with a specialization in HR)
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a HR function.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
