Roles Summary / Purpose

• To source for new prospective tenants in Berjaya Times Square mall.
• To follow up on existing tenants' tenancy matters.
• Perform activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects and preparing lease documents.
• Sourcing potential prospects to boost the business for the shopping mall.

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to oversee and manage our litigation and tenancy matters. This role is crucial in ensuring our company’s compliance with legal standards while effectively managing legal disputes and tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation Management:

• Lead and manage all aspects of litigation, including strategy, preparation, and representation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and ensure effective legal representation in court.
• Monitor and report on ongoing litigation cases, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize litigation risks and costs.

Tenancy Management:

• Oversee tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Draft and review tenancy contracts, ensuring accuracy and legal soundness.

• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

Leadership and Collaboration:

4. To assist in any investigation work relating to staff discipline.
5. To work closely with panel clinics/hospitals to ensure proper control processes on all medical-related benefits.
6. Oversee maintenance of records and communication of information required by law local governing bodies or other departments in the group
7. To highlight any irregularities in the system and recommend to the Manager, HR.
8. To assist in formulating the Employee handbook.
9. To prepare yearly department budget.
10. Provides training to lower-level staff members of the Human Resources department to ensure that they understand all current policies and procedures associated with the various benefit programs.

Payroll:

1. Able to handle a minimum 300+ headcount.
2. To ensure the monthly payroll is processed on time and with accuracy.
3. Ensure the payroll administration complies with the statutory regulations on salary and remuneration and the company’s policies and procedures.
4. To check the processed monthly payroll before submitting it to the Manager, HR
5. To ensure the system of appraisals is carried out and to process the yearly performance review.

Requirements:

1. FIVE (5) years of working experience in a similar position/in the HR field.
2. Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency, as well as supporting the executive team with financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
