A public listed company on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. The Group's principal business activities are diversified. Currently they are seeking a matured Malaysian male candidate to assume the role of Personal Assistant performing executive support to their Director within the organization. The position is permanent and will be based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur.
About the role
This role is exciting and fast paced and it would suite some one who is looking for a new challenge in a PLC environment. The job role is to support and enhance the effectiveness of the Director within the organization. The job scope will entail the following role:
• Pro-actively manage and provide high level executive support to Director.
•Manage and administer Director's email and other mails and schedules.
•Attending meetings and business discussions with the Director.
•Liaison with relevant parties like the legal and consultants related to the Group's business activities.
•Drafting, preparation and review of reports, documents related to the business.
•Liaise and coordinate business decisions.
Candidate Profile
In this respect, candidate should possess a proven good command of English,both spoken and written; a good writing skills in English. Besides, a good business and PA background at senior level will be useful and beneficial. You need to be flexible and willing to take on tasks in quite a different areas of work in support of the portfolio of Director.
This role has extensive clients liaison so the candidate's ability to network with ease are traits that are essential for this exciting role. In this respect, we are looking for some one who can fit into this critical role with the following traits:
*Malaysian male in age group 30-40.
*Matured, bright, lively and personable disposition and importantly approachable person.
*Possess at least a Diploma (or Degree) qualification in Business Administration or its equivalent.
*3-5 years of combined working experience as a Executive Assistant or PA in previous capacity role.    Â
*Good command of English,spoken and written plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
*Advance skills in Microsoft applications(Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook).
