Basic Job Purpose

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to help manage financial tasks and support our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices, debit/credit notes, and statements accurately and on time.
• Update daily financial transactions and make sure records are correct.
• Help with bank reconciliation and audit work.
• Chase payments and respond to customer emails.
• Check invoices, bills, and receipts for accuracy before entering them into the system.
• Create and update invoices, manage reports in Excel, print and copy receipts, and file documents.

Role &Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day execution and implementation of the e-commerce activities across online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, PG Mall, TikTok, etc.) (order processing, packing, product listing, promotional mechanism, promotion pricing, campaign banner management).
• Planning on new and existing product uploads. Ensure all product uploads are complete with full descriptions.
• Track inventory levels and product removal (if necessary).
• Monitor the ongoing performance of online promotions, online campaign results, and marketing campaigns, making recommendations for change and improvement.
• Conducting research and analyzing data based on business insights (e.g. ads spend, ranking target, impression, user engagement conversion rate, traffic, etc)
• Process sales orders and customer inquiries promptly.
• Handle online customer service. Manage customer expectations and solve customer issues and complaints professionally. Ensure each customer issue is followed up and completed by related parties.
• Inspecting and uploading customers' reviews and ratings.
• Manage and build the online distribution channel through various e-commerce marketplaces.
• Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors and their trading conditions;
• Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc task is to be assigned from time to time by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in managing TikTok, Shoppee, and Lazada accounts
• Strong sense of social media trends in relevant markets, as well as content based on language
• Proficient in using social media management and analytical tools
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
• Proven working experience as a digital marketer or in any social media marketing-related role in any industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, images, and video)
• Personality: strong communication skills, willingness to explore new things, proactive and strong learner
