JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To assist engineer to draft and send out service proposal and service report.

2. Handling intake, scanning, verification and update related document to NAS.

3. To keep track on status of customer PO and work along with engineer to ensure that delivery is as per stated in the proposal. 

4. To assist in logistic arrangement for chemicals, spare parts and update the related documents.

5. To involve in preparation of all related document for plant handover which includes training slides and commissioning report. 

6. To assist in preparation of all related document for plant and machine start-up which includesOperation Qualification (OQ), Operation & Manual (OM), Test Procedure and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).

7. Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department including Internal Billing

(Service/Project). 

8. Filing and archiving relevant documentation.

9. Review and update document for maintenance and quality control.

10. Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance towards ISO standard.

11. Designing templates for documents, file types and document database. 

12. Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.

SUPPORT TASK

1. To oversee the condition of company available tools & equipment. To trigger maintenance & repair work for equipment & tools if found not in working condition.

REQUIREMENT

1. Must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher in Engineering or Science or Equivalent.

2. Able to communicate well and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.

4. Excellent computer skill, including Microsoft software.

5. Must possess travel vehicle and willing to travel.

• Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for safety and health at the construction site.
  • Establish, review, and implement Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures for the company.
  • Effectively communicate policies and procedures to all employees in order to enhance their awareness towards EHS
  • Liaise with local authorities and government agencies on statutory / legislature compliance matters related to health, safety and environment.
  • Act as the main controller for Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Perform HSSE inspection & HSSE walkabout to assess subcontractors’ HSSE performance in the project, if applicable.
  • Conduct routine audits and inspections.
  • Liaise with JKKP authority regarding erection & safety of scaffolding & machineries
  • Ensure all personnel/workers wear safety equipment at work and adhere to the safety rules
  • Initiate and enforce disciplinary actions against personnel/workers who fails to comply with the Company’s ESH policy
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of finished works at the site.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the project site to ensure compliance with Site Safety & Health Rules (SSHR).
  • Conduct Safety Meeting and maintain necessary records.
  • Investigate & review all accidents and health related incidents, and initiating countermeasures to prevent similar reoccurrence.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management
• Requirements:
  • Registered as Qualified Safety & Health Officer with DOSH (Department of Occupation Safety & Health, Malaysia) with a valid Green Book
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with OHSMS standards.
  • Possess own transport, able to travel outstation & work independently with minimum supervision.
