Job Brief:

Evaluate and negotiate motor claims, ensuring fair settlements and cost efficiency. Handle repair approvals, challenge adjuster recommendations, and manage investigations as needed. Provide coaching to enhance team skills and ensure accurate system entries for seamless claims processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Motor technical assessment
• Negotiate with repairer on approval sum
• Manage, negotiate and challenge adjuster's recommendation.
• Process/issue approval to repairer and/or next steps; i.e. to conduct further investigation i.e. ODI
• Coach/guide/knowledge transfer on automobile claims assessment skill.
• Necessary entries into claims systems/Merimen, if any

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Intern specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written

1. To lead the team in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements which include (i) liquidation, (ii) receivership, (ii) judicial management, (iii) scheme of arrangement, (iv) monitoring / special accountant, and (v) debt restructuring.
2. To manage progress, scheduling and delivery of work
3. To perform financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
4. To coach and guide junior team members, and review their work
5. To plan delegation of work and team tasks, and support team members
6. To assist with special project(s), as assigned, and completes it timely

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant industry
• Preferably with professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Able to speak and write in English
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadline
• Outspoken 

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and processing of records.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Assist to handle daily operations and processes applications and transactions to ensure that all service levels are delivered according to the procedure.

- Any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned.

- Provide general administration and support to the Operations department.

Requirements:

- SPM holders with no experience are encouraged to apply.

- Basic proficiency in Excel and the ability to read Chinese are essential.

- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written); Cantonese is a plus.

- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Respond to technical queries in relation to professional and regulatory standards.
• Plan and conduct internal and external training relating to professional and regulatory standards.
• Keep updated with the professional and regulatory standards including conduct of research and studies from time to time.
• Monitor and report on the operating effectiveness of the Firm’s level of quality control.
• Assist to implement changes to the audit methodology in order to maintain compliance with the applicable approved accounting and auditing standards in Malaysia.
• Ensure the quality of audit engagements carried out within the Firm are in compliance with professional standards and the Firm’s requirement.
• Liaise with various global/local professional bodies and regulators on the current development issues in the industry.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or assignments which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Preferably a member of a recognised accounting body (i.e., MIA / MICPA / ACCA / ICAEW or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in related fields, including audit experience, in well-established professional services firms will be an added advantage.
• Have sound knowledge of international and local accounting as well as auditing standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills besides the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and the ability to generate high-quality deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
