Job Responsibilities :

1. Administration
   • To deal and attend all enquiries and complaints made by residents, local authorities and or client in a courteous manner,
   • The management and control of all defects form received from the residents.
   • Liasing with the Defect Team to ensure a clear and efficient processes of submission and closure.
   • Perform filling and general administrative tasks.
2. Financial Management
   • Perform daily collection and accounts data entry into Accounting System.
   • Analyse and resolveany discrepancies.
   • Prepare daily closingreport on collections.
   • Reconcile bank statements, debtors’statement and creditors; statement.
   • Assist Administrative on payment preparation to appointed vendors,authorites and etc (process payment,vouchers, cheques and etc)
   • Assist Administrative Officer and or Assistant Building Manager on preparingApproval Memo; PurchaseOrder Appointment or Renewal of service contract as and when required.

Job Experience :

• Diploma or Certificate in Account and or;
• 2 years working experience in various scope of property management & building facilities.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Skills Required :

• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Good interpersonal skills,disciplined, responsible and a team player
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city
• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation
• Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
• Engage in creative sales and marketing digital and hands-onto ensure that customers are introduced to the platform as a convenient and preferred way to play
• Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customers are delighted with each game they play, and keep coming back for more
• Take advantage of the strong backing and direction of Singapore headquarters, where an operations and technology team is ready to support you.

Provide comprehensive analysis and evaluation of technologies to support strategic decision-making for commercialisation and funding initiatives. The position exists to conduct technical assessments, market feasibility studies, and risk analysis, guiding the development and market potential of local R&D innovations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed technology assessments, including viability, scalability, and potential impact of R&D products.
2. Perform market research and analysis to evaluate the commercial feasibility of technologies.
3. Develop recommendation reports for project’s fit, highlighting potential challenges and mitigation strategies for commercialisation.
4. Support the tech assessment team in structuring and implementing evaluation frameworks for diverse R&D projects.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs on technical requirements and industry standards.
6. Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Monitor industry trends and innovations to provide insights into emerging technologies and market shifts.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines in technology assessments and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management and Business Management or other relevant field
2. Professional certification in Technology Assessment, Innovation Management, or other equivalent qualification would be an advantage
3. Possesses at least 2 to 3 years of experience in technology assessment, market research, or innovation management.
4. Displays familiarity with research and development (R&D) of technology commercialisation processes or possesses the experience of working in a similar environment.
5. Possesses experience in market research and data analysis with the ability to balance technical and market feasibility assessments to support commercialisation goals
6. Knowledgeable in technology R&D and innovation ecosystems
7. Keep up with the rapid and ever changing technology trends and industry standards
