Job description:

• Understand all M&E system, architectural and structural drawings, project requirements and prepare project estimate for site activity.

• Understand general condition of Project documents and special conditions of M&E works.

• Work on construction site to monitor, manage and coordination with other services for the

underground services and others.

• Understand of HVAC duct & piping, Plumbing & Utilities drawings.

• Understand of Fire suppression piping systems.

• Review and Developing the Detailed Mechanical Engineering.

• Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.

• Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and testing & commissioning

and liaison with site team.

• Attend meetings and coordinate with all other internal and external design team members .

• Provide technical support to project sites when necessary to ensure works are installed in

accordance with contract documentation, good engineering practice and projected timeline.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and principles

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , preferably specializing in ACMV and Fire protection.

• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in ACMV and Fire Protection Services. Significant practical experience in mechanical engineering, assembly and testing.

• Proven problem solving skills and proficiency in English, Malay (verbal and written).

• Good knowledge of mechanical parts evaluation and qualification.

Job Description:

Carrying out Procurement activities in certain local Procurement segment with low to medium degree of difficulty and or PVO with the objective to optimize supply and generate a contribution to operating profit while taking into account optimization of the total cost ownership.

• Supplier management: Identify ,evaluate & negotiate with the suppliers to ensure the best value in terms of quality , cost and delivery.
• Procurement operations: Drive the RFI/RFQ process in timely manner by defining evaluation criteria, identifying and selecting suppliers.
• Service delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with established service level and KPIs.
• Monitoring of contractual agreements: To prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measure and guarantee supplies.
• Cost optimization & Risk Management: Analyze Procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, value enhancement and process efficiency.
• Stakeholder interaction: Collaborate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders including process owners and partner functions such as IT , BC, FM to deliver best in class services.
• Continuous improvement: Recommend process improvements and develop tools aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement withing the Procurement function.
• Interdisciplinary working group/project work: To inform oneself , exert influence accordingly and optimize internal processes and procedures.

Candidate's profile:

• Understand of logistic, facility management related process is a plus.
