• Work with the team to manage the security infrastructure at Tune Protect. This includes working with the SOC and infrastructure team to analyse and remediate security tickets, EDR operations (for example scanning and ensuring endpoints are clean of vulnerabilities), Email Security on MS365, DLP (for example blacklisting/whitelisting websites etc) and PAM (for example work with infrastructure team to ensure all critical user ids are covered).
• Be hands on and able to utilise/configure our existing security software such as Trend Micro EDR, Forcepoint DLP, Tycothic PAM, Microsoft 365 email security. Familiarity or experience in using and/or configuring other endpoint protection software, data leak prevention software, priviledged access management software and/or firewalls a strong advantage.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the Tune Protect Malaysia leadership team, the incumbent will ensure IT services effectively address business needs while maintaining operational excellence and mitigating risks related to IT landscapes. This role requires a strong understanding of the technology landscape, the ability to foster stakeholder relationships, and a focus on security, business continuity, and operational excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Leadership

• Provide leadership to the IT Operations unit, fostering a culture of business orientation and continuous service improvement.
• Develop and execute IT operations strategies and roadmaps aligned with Group IT and enterprise strategic plans.
• Control annual operating and capital expenditure budgets (Capex/Opex)
• Support the business in driving customer-centric initiatives for good customer engagement and experience.

IT Service Management

• Ensure smooth transition and ongoing support for the core system migration to go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Oversee IT end-user services, core system operations and IT service management
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and operating level agreements (OLAs) across Tune Protect entities are met consistently
• Lead IT service management initiatives and develop IT scorecards for senior management reviews

Risk & Security

• Identify, assess, and communicate risks related to the IT landscape
• Ensure effective application of security, risk management, and business continuity principles
• Address and resolve findings from internal and external IT audits (e.g., EY, KPMG) to achieve timely closure

Partner and Vendor Engagement

• Develop IT vendor management processes and governance frameworks.
• Enhance engagement with strategic partners and suppliers through effective partner governance.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Performance and Governance

• Measure and ensure operational services and performance using consistent and accurate metrics.
• Align IT initiatives with the long-term and annual business plans of the organization.
• Support the rollout of security and quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain close coordination with audit, product, and technology teams to drive improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of versatile experience in IT Application Operations, with a preference for candidates from financial institutions, though not mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing modern technologies, including:

-         Cloud infrastructure and services

-         Digital business models

-         API-driven architectures.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all underwriting matters adhere to the Company’s Underwriting and Treaty Guidelines.

11.  Provide technical training to identified key Sales colleagues. 
12.  Ensure reinsurance placement is in order prior to risk inception. 
13.  Perform Portfolio Management by analysing Marine Portfolio performance and taking respective action where necessary. 
14.  Analyse Claims Frequency and Severity within the respective Portfolio to take respective action where necessary 
15. Assist immediate superior to perform any tasks as assigned.

A UAT (User Acceptance Testing) lead is responsible for designing and executing test plans and scripts to verify that software meets the general insurance business and technical requirements, particularly regarding finance functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• UAT tester provides direction to the QA team to design, plan and execute highly complex system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
• Creates and maintains user acceptance test/business scenarios for projects simultaneously.
• Liaise with the business analyst to analyse complex requirements.
• Designing, Creating and running UAT test Cases.
• Identify the data for testing, analyse the tests results & reporting on metrics.
• Escalate issues encounter during the testing.

• Perform UAT testing before rollout to Train testers to ensure good quality of testing

The role is responsible for keeping a record of the progress of project activities and project deliverables, including a project risk register, and creating standardization of methods used by Project Leads across the organization to ensure progress, adequate change management, and quality outcomes throughout the project cycle. • Maintain the project budget, update the actual spend and publish the budget vs actuals periodically
