• Lead technical direction throughout the project, from kickoff and execution to delivery, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Implement strategies to enhance ERP system, performance dashboard, and other project management tools to improve efficiency and project oversight.
• Recommend appropriate technologies based on site-specific factors, including geographic conditions, to optimize project performance.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Solar, Electrical or Construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project and ERP System
• Involves occasional travel to project sites, which may include critical phases such as client's interconnection shutdown activities.
• Result oriented, able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Able to inspire and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in giving timely and anticipated response
• Strong technical aptitude in resolving project challenges and complex problems
• Possess strong data analytics and decision-making skills
• Knowledge and experience in Solar PV system will be an added advantage

• Assist with M&E supervision of works related to the project
• Ensure construction comply with design, specifications and statutory regulations;
• Communicate with clients, contractors, approving agencies, where necessary, for purposes of construction
• Attend site progress meetings, if requested;
• Adhere and implement AECOM’s Quality Assurance requirements, procedures and policies to daily work scope;
• Adhere and implement AECOM’s Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) requirements, procedures and policies to daily work scope.
