a) must have a Grade 1 Boilerman certificate

b) good in communication (written & verbal) , technical knowledge and safety & health

c) knowledge on boiler operation with preferably at least above 2 years of experience

d) able to do troubleshooting for boiler breakdown

e) knowledge of water treatment plant operation

f) well verse in fire protection system operation
