• Generate and issue troubleshooting, diagnosis and service report to customer.
• Follow up and obtain approval from customer to execute repair and service activities.
• Assist and pre-arrangement with customer’s for field service activities.

Requirement:

• Candidate with general understanding of mechanical, piping and electrical engineering and fluid handling equipment and experience will be added advantage
• Able to communicate in English / Bahasa and Mandarin
• Possess good customer service with positive mindset.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
• Relevant experience without certificate may also apply.
• With experience in repair and troubleshooting on pumps will be added advantage.

• Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis & repairing works on of fluid handling equipment and mechanical rotating related equipment.
