Senior Manager

Facilitate member working groups, generating innovative ideas and testing of new approaches and integrate solutions into their business-as-usual and new processes
Identify gaps and opportunities in the organization and proposing best-fit solutions
Applies analytical/quantitative approach to problem solving; knows how to obtain and use data and is comfortable with statistical concepts.
Present ideas and status updates to various audiences
Perform POC projects (with clients), identify new possibilities with new and emerging technologies
Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap and architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments
Develop and manage realistic and comprehensive project plan (people, process and technology) that deliver the objectives
Manage and coordinate product development projects
Participate in process review for defining, creating, reviewing and maintaining a complete process catalogue. Working with key stakeholders across the organization to define, document, review, and improve operational workflows
Technical hands-on

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years in software development (preferably in Financial Service/Banking Institution industry) .
Strong communication, presentation skills; outspoken and verbally capable to communicate thoughts/ideas clearly and precisely.
Proficient in programming languages (.Net / Java, Javascript, HTML5, ReactJS, NodeJS, Angular, Python, MVC, Restful)
Must have a strong passion in exploring new technology & digitalization
