AFCAP V MSAB: Food Service Supervisor (Contingency Hire)

The Food Service Supervisor shall ensure food operations will be provided at three (3) full-service DFACs and are open 24 hours a day.
FSS shall be a US National with a secret clearance and have at least ten (5) years of experience of a similar size and scope of work relevant to DFAC operations.
Providing scheduling of personnel, menu planning
Hold a current ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification IAW Tri-Service Food Code.
Comply with all applicable DOD, USAF, and local laws and requirements and meet contractual requirements to perform food preparation, cooking, baking, serving, and replenishing of food, and ordering, receiving, and storing subsistence operations.
As required, be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet with government personnel on the installation.
Ensure the successful delivery of services to 2,500 personnel, plus or minus 10%, at all times.
Ensure personnel are adequately trained and assigned to all tasks, have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Shall have experience using automated systems (such as Army Food Management Information Systems AFMIS and Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System STORES) to order, issue, inventory, and plan food operations daily.
Responsible for proper utilization, accounting, and safeguarding of all government and contractor-provided property (e.g., government facilities, equipment tools, information, and Data).
Ensure required contractual submittals are provided to the government.
Ensure compliance with all US laws, Jordan Labor Law, US EPA Guidelines, Final Governing Standards (FGS), Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD), and all other applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
