Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and service barcode equipments (printer & scanner) at customer site.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong service orientation.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday. .
