You'll be joining a fantastic international support team of 17 people based in Paris, Algiers & Mexico and accompany mainly our clients based in the Asian-Oceanian time zone but not only. What you will be doing:

• Provide top-notch customer support to our diverse users by handling tickets & live chat
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist users in navigating our platform, explaining features, and resolving technical questions.
• Analytical Skills for identifying issues and recommending solutions (workaround)
• Collaborate with diverse technical teams to escalate and resolve issues while keeping the users updated.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Assist with user onboarding and verification processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound call to save customer from churning from Company network.
• Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
• Submit daily feedback on saved to immediate supervisor.
• Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer request & enquiry at all times.
• Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality.
• Ensuring customers’ promise are fulfilled within the agreed SLA ( depends on the type of cases ), and ensure TM guidelines and target are met i.e 85%

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Required spoken language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (an advantage)
