Job Description :
· High pay salary will be rewarded for experience candidates in USA trade lane.
· Liaising with clients for FCL/ LCL/ Export & Import shipments arrangements.
· Handling and Responsible for all import / export documentation and preparing bill of lading, S.I, NOA, certificates etc with proper SOP.
· Update clients on the Container status until the last mile delivery.
· Attend Existing and New Customers inquiries timely & accordingly.
· To maintain good service level to existing customer for long term growth.
· To do invoice billing to customer timely to avoid un-necessary delay in payment.
· Able to support Sales in all aspects and send sailing schedules to Customers
· Can speak, write and read English, Mandarin and have excellent communication skills with customers.
· Willing to do the “ Extra miles “ for customers.
· Responsibility ; Accountability ; Fast learner is what we looking for.
· Very details-oriented and problem-solving skills is required.
Requirement :
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
· Able to work independently within tight deadline and under pressure.
· Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people.
· Hard working and a team player.
· Full-Time position(s) available.
· Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply as training shall be provided.
Office working hour is from 9.00am- 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
