Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in executing the overall operations, including admissions, administration, marketing, and formulating and implementing development strategies.
2. Focus on expanding the Chinese market and formulate the Chinese market development strategy.
3. Maintain good communication with parents to address teaching issues.
Job Requirements
1. diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Education, or Management.
2. At least 5 years of marketing and management experience in schools, with experience in tutoring institutions preferred.
3. Familiarity with local Singapore and international curriculum standards is preferred.
4. Understand the Chinese market and have strong market sensitivity.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
6. Innovative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
7. Outstanding proficiency in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
