Job Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Supply chain, Engineering or Business administration
· 5+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, and/or planning preferred
· Relevant working experience within a manufacturing environment in Oil and Gas sector will be an advantage
· Supplier relationship management, including evaluation and development
· Capability to evaluate and mitigate risks in the planning process
· Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP system
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment

The Supply Chain Master Data Specialist reports into Supply Chain Manager based in Singapore. The job scope for this role is overall Master Data in the SAP system for the Singapore and Export MSU entity.
The Supply Chain Master Data Specialist executes and supports activities with respect to Master Data Customer Master Data / Product & Product Hierarchy / Pricing / Material Management in a way that is compliant and consistent with policies and standards. The team works in close collaboration with the Regional/Global MDM team.
It is a pre to have experience in logistics as the role will partially have responsibilities in warehouse and logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
Master Data Specialist:
o Contributes to developing and implementing data management strategy and processes for all local business data required. Aim is to efficiently execute local company operations.
o Manage GDS Info flow in relation with Sales and Customers.
o Supports in implementing of Master Data required systems on a local level (i.e. SAP, BMI, service systems etc.)
o Ensures data accuracy by:
o Ensure system related and structural issues are solved effectively by:
o Evaluate internal customer satisfaction, define and implement improvement activities based on these results
