FINANCE EXECUTIVE

1. Assist the team for timely month-end closing.
2. Ensure all supplier invoices, including intercompany, petty cash and staff claims, are properly approved and accurately recorded on timely manner. Proper filing of documents upon processing.
3. Ensure GST recognition is in compliance with IRAS e-Tax Guide.
4. Generate regular and ad-hoc payment proposals to suppliers, ensure no duplicate payments are made.
5. Liaise with suppliers for SOA and reconcile the differences, if any.
6. Check and ensure AP listing agrees to GL as at every month end.
7. Covers AR role when need to, such as:

• Timely issuance of accurate invoices to customers.
