Scope of Responsibility:
HR
· Responsible to support on overall program and performance of the department.
· Responsible on full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, staff welfare and payroll administrative.
· Develop, review and implement company HR policies, procedures and guidelines to meet the company’s strategic goal and objective.
· Promote staff development and ensure high working efficiency of the HR & Admin Unit.

Admin
· Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
· Manage budget preparation and expenses tracking for administrative functions.
· Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
