Sales & Project Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations and quotations for carpark system solutions.
- Prepare sales invoices and supporting documents
- Maintain records of sales activities, including customer’s requirement, follow up on inquiries and provide product information to clients
- Provide administrative support to project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documents and project schedule
- Assist in the coordination of project activities, including liaising with project teams, clients and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliveries
- Maintain project documentation, including agreements and installation plans to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Independent individual who is keen to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
- Any experience in carpark system is preferred but not compulsory
