• Entering order into system, arrangement of transportation meeting customer's required date, preparation of all the delivery documents and invoices.
• To provide support to the sales team including proper documentation and keeping proper record of activities.
• Handling shipment matters including shipping documents.
• Coordinating with warehouse on stocks inventory, customers’ orders and etc.
• Procurement.
• Other ad-hoc operations activities.

Requirements:

• Candidates possess at least a Diploma with at least 2 years’ working experience of relevant experience (for Senior Executive level). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply (for Executive level)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
• Proficient in written and spoken Malay, English.
• Proactive, independent, meticulous and possess initiatives
• Ability to multi-task and a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

About the role

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Oversee WH activities meeting customer’s requirement (include Pick/Pack, Receiving, Outgoing Automation and Ecom activities)

• Manhours and OT Monitoring

• Involvement in Warehouse 5S, Safety and QHSE topics

• Must be supportive and initiative on continuous improvement

• Support solutions team on WH related projects

• Manhours and OT Monitoring

Team Management

• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations

• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviours

• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes

• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division

• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division

• Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team

The Successful Candidate

• Diploma & Above

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience

• Preferably in logistics related field, 3PL is preferred

• Possess forklift license is a bonus

• Ability to speak well confidently and build rapport with customers

• Good MS Excel skills

• Strong mentality and interpersonal skills
