Summary of Responsibilities:

• Procurement
  1. To lead savings projects for categories assigned to him/her by the Procurement Manager
  2. To identify suppliers, benchmark prices, specifications, terms and delivery dates to determine the optimum one to utilize. 
• Purchasing & Logistics (Supply Chain)
  1. To issue Purchase Order for packaging & indirect spend. 
  2. Follow up with supplier regarding delivery & arrange shipment accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Executing risk based financial, operational and compliance audit which includes developing internal audit scope and audit planning.
• Prepare audit program and document work performed in a clear and organised manner.
• Conduct review and testing for controls and compliance with best practices, policies and procedures.
• Drafting audit observations and communicate findings for Management’s response.
