Job Description
The position is full time permanent role at Assistant Manager level within the Group.

Requirements: Candidate profile
The successful candidate will have proven corporate reporting experience including managing the consolidation process.
Must possess ACCA/CIMA qualification and MIA member.
Proven at least 5 years in Group Accountant role in relevant work experience in managing group finance in public listed environment with diversified portfolio/conglomerate.
Prior initial work experience gained from Big 4 or second tier audit firm would be highly regarded.
Technically competent and up to date with relevant technical accounting pronouncement and standards, especially Financial Reporting standards.
Well versed in financial reporting standards, Bursa Securities listing requirements.
Knowledge of consolidation skills will be necessary.
Must be proficient in English, spoken and written.
Strong financial analytical skills with advance-level spreadsheets and presentation skills.

·       Market and grow SME Plus loans and process cases via EOS.

·       Attend to customer requests and appeals on credit related matters within the SLA, and provide basic advise and services to meet customers’ needs.

·       Process credit proposals and ad-hoc requests received from customers (existing and new) within SLA’s standard of service; i.e. to ensure Bank’s risk parameters and guidelines are adhered to, and to aware of common shortcomings highlighted by GCRM and Risk Management to maintain high credit standards.

主要責任
這是一個全職永久職位，直接向馬來西亞集團的財務總監報告。
在此職位上，您將負責編制集團財務報告，包括每月/每季和每年的集團合併，承擔全方位的財務職責、公司財務、規劃和分析、稅務和現金流管理。
該職位將負責管理公司和集團內多家子公司的全方位會計和財務職能。
職責與責任：
-負責編製集團每月、季度及年度合併法定帳目。
-為集團內主要的子公司編製法定帳目。
-負責公司及集團的財務管理。
-準備每月的投資和現金流預測報告。
-審查各國報告、主文件和轉讓定價。
-負責馬來西亞證券交易所公告的季度和年度報告。
-管理稅務、審計和所有相關事宜。

關鍵要求。
-要考慮擔任此高級會計職位，候選人必須至少具備 ACCA/CIMA 專業資格；學士學位將得到適當考慮。
-MIA 會員。
-優先考慮38-48歲年齡層的候選人。
- 至少 5-8 年在集團帳戶合併和公司財務功能方面的實務經驗。
- 具有 PLC 設定經驗的理想候選人將是一項資產。
- 成功的申請者將具有強大的團體帳戶整合能力。
對馬來西亞證券交易所主機板上市要求和 MFRS/IFRS 具有良好的工作知識。
- 自信、有條理、積極主動，具有優秀的溝通和人際交往能力。
- 需要良好的英語口語和書面能力以及良好的寫作能力。
- 良好的會計準則（FRS 和 IAS）、稅務和公司法工作知識絕對是擔任此職位的先決條件。

Chrisjac Recruitment is working in partnership with an established business conglomerate with a variety of business specialization and operations in shipping, commodities, hospitality,real estate & property,logistics and maritime services. There is an excellent opening for a top-tier senior finance professional to step into a senior finance role within the CBD in KL.   
Key Responsibilities
This is a full time permanent position, reporting directly to Financial Controller of the group in Malaysia.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of group financial reporting including group consolidation on a monthly/quarterly and yearly basis,undertake full spectrum of finance duties, corporate finance, planning and analysis,taxation and cash flow management.
The role will be to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions of the company and several subsidiary companies within the group.
Duties & responsibilities:
-Responsible for the preparation of Group consolidated statutory accounts on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
-Preparation of statutory Accounts for key subsidiaries within the Group.
-Responsible for the financial management of the company and Group.
-Prepare monthly investment and cash flow projection reports.
-Review country-by-country report,master files and transfer pricing.
-Responsible for quarterly and yearly reports for Bursa Malaysia announcement.
-Manage taxation, audit and all related matters.

Key requirements.
-To be considered for this senior accounting role, candidate must possess minimum a professional qualification ACCA/CIMA; bachelor degree will be duly considered.
-Member of MIA.
-Preference for candidates who are in age group 38-48.
-At least 5-8 years of hands on role on group consolidation of accounts and corporate finance functionality. 
-Ideally candidate with prior experience in PLC set up will be an asset.
-The successful applicant will be strong in consolidation of group accounts.
Good working knowledge on Main Board Listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities and MFRS/IFRS.
-A confident and well organised self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good command of spoken and written English is required with good writing skills.
-A good working knowledge of accounting standards (FRS & IAS),taxation and company law will definitely a prerequisite to be considered for this role.

This exciting role will be based at the corporate head office office in CBD,KL. Their business working hours are on a 5-day week basis, 8.30 am-5.30pm. It is important that the applicants will find it convenient to work in the location.
