What does the Support Lead do?

The Yard Coordinator is responsible for the specialized operational function(s) for assigned work group(s) in a SCS logistics operation. Position: Member Services Representative - Front Desk

Reports to: General Manager (GM)/ Assistant Manager (AM) / Shift Lead

Department: Operations

Purpose: Help promote our Judgement Free Zone, by representing our core values and adhering to our business drivers during each scheduled shift. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.

• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.

• Ensure that all proper training has been completed in order to operate safely and efficiently.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and holding up to Excel Standard.

• Perform club inspections, complete assigned cleaning or associated tasks along with re-inspecting said tasks.

• Process and Review Daily Club Activity Paperwork and file in appropriate folders.

• Audit and Balance Cash Drawers on a daily basis.

• Update and Review Daily Club Reports and complete any corresponding Data Entry Documents

• Maintain and clean the Front entrance to provide customers with a clean, presentable, and welcoming environment

• Adhere to company’s policies and guidelines and address any minor infractions.

• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members

• Communicate with members and a create a high level of customer service.

• Stocking all retail and promotional items for following shift.

• Perform daily club inspections, complete assigned cleaning sections.

• Understand and adhere to company standards, audit daily paperwork, and help resolve any day-to-day customer issues.

• Audit club inventory and communicate with GM, AM and Shift Lead on recommendations of inventory orders.

• Staying up to date on all required certifications and training courses.

• Communicating with, promoting, touring, and assisting prospects and potential members

• Assisting General Manager and Assistant Manager with club promotions, training, and implementation of any operational strategies

• Ensuring Facility complies with all state and federal laws and insurance requirements

• Operating and Assisting applicable members with use of Tanning, hydro, and Total Body Enhancement Equipment and making sure all applicable paperwork and procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Familiar with Excel mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements

• Great communication skills with internal and external customers.

• Must be team oriented, motivated and well organized.

Overview:

Primarily responsible for working with customers interested in identifying and obtaining permanent FHA/VA and conventional mortgage loans and other residential mortgage programs that best meet the customer’s financial needs and objectives, and adhering to the requirements of federal registration under the SAFE Act.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interviews applicants to collect and analyze information regarding their income, assets, debts and credit data as well as their needs, desires, and earnings to assist in determining whether the loan will be an acceptable risk; obtains and analyzes pertinent financial and credit data. 
• Independently assesses applicant’s credit worthiness.  Has authority to issue pre-qualification statement of borrowers’ eligibility.
• Determines which products best meet the customer’s needs and financial circumstances and advises potential borrowers regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products and the most appropriate mortgage loan programs. 
• Makes recommendations to customers regarding other bank products or to alternative lending vehicles, as needed. 
• Cultivates new mortgage business.  Markets, services and promotes the bank’s mortgage products.  This includes the solicitation of residential first mortgages through contacts with Realtors, builders, and developers. 
• Regularly works at a bank facility, but may be required to travel to and work at prospective customers’ homes or business locations.  Follows-up on potential customers via travel or telephone.
• Negotiates terms and conditions of loan with mortgagors. Has authority to bind the bank in connection therewith.                            
• Ensures lending compliance with all origination procedures including bank policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. 
• Advises management on effective compliance strategies and potential modifications to corporate operating policies where appropriate to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. 
• Independently monitors trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as the changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages.  
• Represents the bank in the community and related functions to identify, develop and promote additional business. May present seminars to general public and real estate agents to promote additional business and community outreach.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The incumbent always works under limited supervision, sometimes away from the office.

The position requires extensive external contacts (potential and existing customers, Realtors, etc.), as well as internal contacts (other Bank personnel) primarily on sales calls outside the office.

Will interact with individuals and teams internally and within the community assigned, developing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships

Responsibility to establish and maintain federal registration requirements outlined in the SAFE Act.

Education and Experience Required:

Associates degree and 2 years sales experience,

OR in lieu of a degree,

A combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years sales experience.

Thorough knowledge of FHA/VA regulations, conventional loan requirements and real estate law.

The Lead Technician position requires your experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems

• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals

• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training

• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Must have a minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
• A.S.E. certification in at least 5 (five) of A1-A8 (L1 can be one of the five) is required. (New hires with external similar qualifications/certifications will have up to 2 years of employment to comply)
• Maintains Federal, State and Local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
