Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The College Nurse will oversee the provision of a clinically effective and high quality nursing care and welfare service to students, and First Aid care to all members of the school community as required. The College Nurse will also oversee the provision of a holistic approach to the care of pupils, including health promotion, PSHE, and the assessment and treatment of illness and injury.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide triage and nursing care in one of the three College health centres on a walk-in basis, dealing with medical, physical and psychological needs of the students and wider college community;
• Provide First Aid, emergency care and treatment as required on a call out basis;
• Provide sport specific First Aid on site as required such as pitch side rugby cover and off site cross country First Aid cover;
• Provide First Aid support for college events or sports fixtures after school hours and at weekends as pre-arranged and required;
• Provide a confidential counselling and health advice service as required as part of the student support services team;
