The HDVCH Blood Management Program helps serve inpatient and outpatient consults. This team has created protocols and improved care of many surgical patients by decreasing the need for blood transfusions and to help replenish iron and epoetin in patients that will likely become anemic and would otherwise need frequent blood transfusions.

The full time APP staffs the program with one of 4 different attendings (Intensivists) who have other duties during that time. Therefore, the APP is integral in the day-to-day operations of the system.

• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, No call, no weekends

• Inpatient and Outpatient experience preferred

• Willingness to be flexible throughout the clinical days

• Work within the clinic 2x/month

Basic Qualifications (Nurse Practitioner): 
Education - Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission

Position Description:

Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Assists with leading production room as appropriate. Key responsibilities include people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, and training and development of store team members.

Hire, develop and retain a high performance team through coaching, training and recognition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operations: • Partner with Customer Experience Manager to ensure proper staffing to support both sales floor coverage and store workload. • Utilize all company planning tools to effectively schedule store associates to provide exceptional Customer Experience and support the needs of the business • Manage, train and develop all store associates to drive store sales and loyalty results. • Assist Store Manager with all KRONOS responsibilities, inclusive of scheduling, attendance management and timekeeping functions • Responsible for organizing, planning and execution of all signage and graphics in partnership with entire management team • Assess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problem solve business opportunities and take appropriate action • Establish and maintain strong inventory management and data integrity routines, including expiry management and MOS routines • Establish and maintain strong LP and Safety routines that support company profitability initiatives • Manage and follow up on all supply/fixture ordering as well as any facilities and maintenance issues • Validate, reconcile, and file all inventory control paperwork, inclusive of DSO and VMO • Manage CRUSH Beverage Ordering. Validate and train beverage ordering and CRUSH routines. • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by and in the absence of Store Manager Freight Flow: • Responsible for managing overall store logistic processes that support company initiatives and productivity goals • Utilize all company tools and training resources to educate the team on all logistics processes, visual execution standards and stocking routines • Manage delivery schedule to effectively plan and execute all logistics workload LEADERSHIP SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE • Strong business acumen, and the ability to analyze and use information to effectively and efficiently execute daily priorities • Sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
