You Have:
· 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, or Outlook
· 7+ years of experience with producing programmatic communication materials, including brand messaging, briefing slides, proposals, and fact sheets
· 7+ years of experience with copyediting technical documentation to correct grammar and improve storyline
· 5+ years of experience with producing solution-based communication materials
· 5+ years of experience with developing Microsoft Word templates, including editing existing templates to format and fix bugs and building original templates
· Experience as a versatile writer with diverse multimedia storyline development expertise, including marketing, web content, and video scripts
· Ability to submit work samples and learn and apply DoD Style Manuals

The Opportunity:
As a Communications Specialist, you will execute a range of strategic communications efforts from communication strategy execution, planning and facilitating technical workshops and conferences, developing marketing campaigns for events, conducting targeted engagement with technical stakeholders, creating high quality briefing materials and talking points, and reviewing a range of technical products, including policy documents and research reports. Key Role:
Serve as the data and communications management expert supporting intelligence system integration, connectivity of data flow, and transport layer solutions. Director Scientific Communications
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role the Director Scientific Communications is the single point of accountability for Holistic Scientific Communications for Tavneos. Reporting to the Tavneos US Medical Lead, the Director, Scientific Communications partners with key internal team members to develop and drive scientific communication deliverables in alignment with overall product strategy. This includes the planning and development of content, definition of channels, determination of audience, and areas of focus to enhance Amgen's value proposition. This role will partner closely with the Medical Strategy & Operations team on activities such as process alignment, standardization, continuous improvement, and innovation, including use of digital and multi-channel approaches.
As a people leader, this person will also be accountable for creating an environment of psychological safety, agility, and diversity to inspire and motivate teams to the highest level of performance.
Responsibilities
Support prioritization process and resource allocation to meet program goals on time and within budget. Lead the Tavneos SciComm team to:
Develop high-quality strategic plans and scientific and medical content (including publications, medical content, payer-relevant content, compendia) to communicate Amgen science in alignment with product and franchise strategies for US
Contribute to US medical strategy through scientific expertise and defining appropriate, relevant, and innovative channels for delivery of medical and scientific content to reach target audiences
Obtain and include ex-US partner input into product SciComm strategic plans
Ensure accurate and timely compendia submissions
Develop, maintain, cultivate, and influence strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues
Support the development of educational events and activities in alignment with program goals and objectives.

Doctorate degree and 4 years experience, or a Master’s degree and 8 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in Publication OR Medical Communications OR Medical Value & Access OR Medical Strategy Experience.
4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
Doctorate Degree and 4 years of experience
Previous leadership within a function and experience managing direct reports
5 or more years of relevant experience in clinical research, patient care, clinical development, medical/scientific affairs and/or basic research
Prior experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within the biopharmaceutical industry, and/or clinical or research experience in rheumatology/nephrology/rare diseases
Deep understanding of the drug development and commercialization process
Deep understanding of clinical trial processes
Toolsets/skills required to drive organizational change and translate corporate imperatives into strategic drivers for the function with limited supervision
Business process and systems management experience
Finance and budget management experience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry guidelines and legal/health system environment

The Opportunity:
To ensure operable, interoperable, and continuity of emergency communications, our clients need help in enhancing the ability of responders to manage routine incidents and support responses to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other incidents. As new technologies emerge, our nation’s emergency communications networks are becoming more susceptible to cyber threats. We are looking for an individual that has experience as a first responder or working with first responder communications to serve as part of Booz Allen's team supporting a client's federal, state, local, and tribal emergency communications coordination mission.
On the team, you’ll apply experience working with first responders and public safety communications systems and equipment, along with consulting expertise and cybersecurity knowledge to help lead discussions with clients and stakeholders, define project requirements, facilitate data collection and analyses, help develop client solutions, support studies and meetings, provide technical support to pilot projects as needed, and document and compile notes.
