Makes and/or assists in making arrangements for all conferences and meetings for the Staff Director. Coordinates with Management to obtain required administrative support for the meetings, including court reporters, conference calls, etc. Attends meetings and conferences and in cooperation with the staff director and senior staff, develops a list of action items. Enters actions into control system, assigns to appropriate offices, ensures required coordination, sets due date, and carries out required follow-ups.
Coordinates administrative activities for the Chairman, Commissioners, and their assistants with the various offices in the Commission, both in Headquarters and the Regions. In this capacity, the incumbent carries out a wide variety of continuing and special assignments concerned with policy, program, and administrative matters of a confidential or sensitive nature for the Staff Director. Performs wide range of program and administrative support functions.
