Duties are primarily performed in VISN 12, 15, 16, 17 and 23.
- Facilitates culture change by consultation, coaching, mentoring and providing services and specialized engagements to integrate a Whole Health model.
- Works interdependently to match services, resources and expertise to support field transformation toward Whole Health care.
- Provides ongoing consultative services, both on site and virtually, to assigned facilities, as needed.
- Supports the field and others to establish and/or promote new roles and responsibilities in the provision of Whole Health, complementary and integrative health, and enhancing workforce capabilities.
- Partners with the field as a subject matter expert to construct a program's vision, priorities, strategies, and action plan to meet goals.
- Partners with leadership and staff, as well as other internal and external staff and stakeholders to achieve overall goals of the program and field offices.
- Creates a culture of learning to promote discovery, creativity and innovation; demonstrates flexibility and open- mindedness to meet the needs of offices engaged in transformational processes.
- Identifies the customer's situation properly and performs the tasks required to resolve the customers questions/issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conducts comprehensive facility assessments using appropriate methods and tools to collect, synthesize, and analyze data.
- Develops reports for management that include assessment results, identification of barriers, and recommendations for initiating and sustaining culture change initiatives.
- Analyzes and evaluates, on a quantitative and/or qualitative basis, program/ operations effectiveness in meeting goals, measures, and objectives; prepares program status reports for review at all levels.
- Recommends development of new or modified work methods or tools, procedural changes, systems variations, and acceptance of new technology developments.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.
