The Information Security Office Analyst is a specialized position that plays a key role in the communication, budgeting, and process design of the Blackbaud Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance team. What we'd like you to have:
2+ years of IT or Cyber experience
2+ years of Project Management or related experience
Ability to interpret security requirements into processes and controls
Comprehension of GRC concepts related to risk, control objectives, controls, etc., and an understanding of how GRC programs integrate and complement a Cybersecurity program
Understanding of cyber security concepts, such as threats, vulnerabilities, encryption, network security, IAM, data protection, etc.
Basic understanding of regulatory standards and requirements including the NIST CSF, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and practices
Work experience with Sharepoint, ADO, and technical writing
Proven communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills within a team environment

The Blackbaud Cyber Security team is looking for a Team Lead who passionately builds and operates security programs to guide a group of Endpoint Security Engineers and their supporting technologies. What you’ll be doing:
The Endpoint Security Team Lead will give direction to a team of Engineers on a daily basis helping to move the overall program towards success. Experience with developing risk management artifacts, including security assessment plans, systems security plans, and plans of action and milestones

Key Role:
