The Opportunity:
To be more efficient and effective, the Army CIO needs a business process specialist to learn its portfolio management, acquisition support, end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, an experienced business process specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As a business process specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and engineers, analysts, support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll help with portfolio management, enterprise licensing, and acquisition support, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using resource analysis, business case analysis, surveys and data calls, and reviewing IT programs and investments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
Using technical expertise on statistical, mathematical, econometric or operations research methods and concepts, you’ll provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. Key Role:
Serve as an IT Policy Analyst focusing on business processes in the Army and the IT policy analysis, planning, programming, and oversight required for the operation of the Army’s policy and resources. Leverage subject matter expertise on Army orders, regulations, documentation and maintain responsibility for pulling, analyzing, and presenting planning and programming information from applicable data management systems. Provide expertise and support to the client in the develop Congressional, DoD, and Army level reports on the state of the mission in coordination with other key stakeholders. - Perform scanning electron microscope (SEM) system software alignment functions. Perform routine maintenance procedures, flash, plasma clean etc.
Orders equipment and supplies, and coordinates with vendors and purchasing.
- Interface with requestors, understand their detail requirement, and communicate on results; help lab on monitoring wafer in process (WIP) and maintaining throughput.
Coordinates with engineering on wafer evaluations. Sets up equipment for experiments.
- Perform routine shut down procedure. Identify problem put tool down and call for service.
Uses quantitative wafer evaluation and process instrumentation knowledge to draw conclusions from data. Assists in training lower level technicians.
- Develop and publish best known method (BKM) procedures including, sample prep, scanning electron microscope (SEM) conditions, and special sample handling.

- Perform scanning electron microscope (SEM) system software alignment functions. Perform routine maintenance procedures, flash, plasma clean etc.
Orders equipment and supplies, and coordinates with vendors and purchasing.
- Interface with requestors, understand their detail requirement, and communicate on results; help lab on monitoring wafer in process (WIP) and maintaining throughput.
Coordinates with engineering on wafer evaluations. Sets up equipment for experiments.
- Perform routine shut down procedure. Identify problem put tool down and call for service.
Uses quantitative wafer evaluation and process instrumentation knowledge to draw conclusions from data. Assists in training lower level technicians.
- Develop and publish best known method (BKM) procedures including, sample prep, scanning electron microscope (SEM) conditions, and special sample handling.
Knowledgeably operates laboratory process equipment and instrumentation.
