Job Description:
Under the direct supervision of a RN, assists in the delivery of patient care. This includes performing personal care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving and transporting patients, or changing linens. Collects and documents vital signs and other observations of patients.
Principle Responsibilities
Performs personal care/interventions as assigned.
Completes interventions according to identified critical elements of each procedure.
Answers patient call lights promptly for both assigned and other patients.
Distributes and sets up water, snacks and patient trays and assists patients.
Assists patient with grooming and hygiene needs, maintains skin integrity, personal comfort and population specific needs of the patient.
Provides assistance with ambulation, transfer, positioning and range of motion (ROM) according to activity order and needs of the patient.
Implements activities of fall prevention plan as specified in plan of care.
Collects and saves specimens.
Provides assistance to the RN for admission, transfer, discharge and post-mortem care.
May transport medications excluding controlled substances within the site.
Observes, collects and documents health status data as assigned.
Completes measurements according to critical elements of policy/procedures, which may include temperatures, radial pulses, blood pressures, respirations, weights, intake and output.
Reports immediately to the RN observations/health status data that are not within normal limits for the patient or are significantly changed.
Documents according to documentation guidelines.
Contributes to an environment that is safe for patients, visitors and employees.
Protects patient, self and others from injury during transfers, lifts and transports by using proper equipment and body mechanics.
Reports environmental risks or equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
Uses equipment following policies, procedures and manufacturer directions or standards.
May handle hazardous waste (identifies, segregates, and disposes of hazardous waste; ensures container integrity; knows emergency response procedures to spills, fires, and evacuation procedures).

Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required principle competencies as listed on the job description.
Must meet one of the following requirements:

The Opportunity
This position works out of our Abbott Park location in the CFS - Corporate Finance Services Division.
As a Shared Services Specialist of our Customer Master Data Team, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with master data divisional stakeholders to monitor, maintain and improve the quality of the Customer Master Data being stored in our various ERP’s for multiple Abbott divisions and Country entities. What You’ll Work On
Responsible for timely review, documentation and filing of Medical Device Reports to the FDA (US) and preparing MIR/MDI reports to rest of world for CORE Dx products. Interact with Medical Affairs, Customer Service and Complaint Investigations Group to gather appropriate information to determine whether a complaint requires an MDR and/or Vigilance report. Work with Complaint Investigation Group to gather the appropriate information from a returned device investigation for submission of an MDR/Vigilance follow up report. Perform verification of MDRs/Viglance reports, including data compiled for metrics, risk evaluations and various other MEG related activities. Provide support for new product launches, which includes information regarding Reportability. Assure compliance to the CORE Dx Medical Event and Quality System procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Perform assessment of potentially reportable complaints against criteria for reportability and reports are filed as necessary in compliance with regulations.
•Document filing decision rationale in the Complaint Handling System.
•Filing of all medical events and reportable malfunctions within the required timeframe.
•Create compliant and practical solutions to cross-functional teams in order to promote accurate documentation of the complaint case, including MEG processes from a broader scale perspective.
•Responsible for identifying and elevating required updates to the Reportable Confirmed Malfunction List (RCML).
•Demonstrates subject matter expertise; guidance, and training to other members of the Medical Events Group as well as to other functional departments.
•Ensure the safety and effectiveness of products in the field by interfacing with other functional areas (e.g. Customer Service and Site Quality) responsible for complaint handling and evaluations and highlighting potential medical; clinical and/or safety issues with CORE Dx products.
•Ensure that non-conformances or potential non-conformances in the medical event reporting process are identified; documented; and resolved through effective CAPA implementation and monitoring.
Additional Responsibilities:
•Drive improvements to standard operating procedures, training and other tools used by for the Medical Events Group as required.
•Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
•Accountable for meeting the compliance requirements for Medical Device Reporting, including but not limited to: the efficient and timely review, documentation and filing of potentially reportable events.
•Interface with MEG management and other functional areas, as required, to ensure that Potential Reportable Events (PREs) are obtained in a timely and consistent basis.
•The documentation of the work of the Medical Event Specialist is scrutinized by the Regulatory Agencies on a regular basis and compliance is measured by the accuracy and completeness of these documents.
•Failure to properly evaluate or report complaints could result in observations from regulatory agencies.

Position Overview
You will collaborate with a customer segment owner and develop sales and customer success programs that span the entire customer lifecycle. You will also partner with other Business Operations Managers for other customer segments to reuse similar content to improve efficiency.
You will think about the entire customer lifecycle from first acquisition through renewal and connect the programmatic, data and enablement programs for that customer segment. You will be an important go-to-market partner that refines requirements and translates them into functional requirements (policies, programs, and procedures) that inform our technical and enablement teams.
You will lead multifaceted programs in a matrix world by supplying the vision, developing plans and coordinating teams in their development. This requires engaging important business and technology partners to ensure opportunities and issues are known and addressed. This is a role for someone who can see both the forest and the trees, enjoys collaborating with many different teams and excels. You will have deep experience optimizing GTM motions that deliver excellent customer experiences and understand the value of enterprise architecture and aligning organizational investments.
You will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations.

Administer general administrative duties
Set up travel and complete expense reports for numerous departments.
Contact is made with all areas and levels of the plant population daily. In addition there is contact with Division, Corporate, the community, outside agencies and retirees. Therefore, the ability to interact with all levels of employees is essential.
Incumbent has broad latitude to accomplish tasks. They are primarily responsible for the coordination and completion of their duties and responsibilities.
Incumbent will handle confidential information and will be expected to maintain confidentiality.
Such activities are clerical in nature and may include mail, word processing, filing, order processing, telephone answering and stationery supplies.
Work within well-established guidelines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
High School diploma required with higher education acceptable. 3-5 years of Administrative or Coordinator experience or equivalent.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite, be open minded/objective and organized. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, possess good verbal/written communication skills. Must be able to learn various applications.
