Provide leadership to a team of associates in the form of coordinating daily activities, providing direction, and offering support and guidance in the functional areas related to outsourced service solutions such as: shipping, receiving, inventory management, chemical tracking, warehousing, glass wash, purchasing, desk top delivery, lab support services. Manage a team within a department, typically comprised of career/intermediate professionals and Supervisors.
Lead all aspects of complex customer presentations, implementations, and cost reduction initiatives.
Focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Responsible for one or more customers in multiple states, GxP, as well as asset management, scientific services, and collaboration with field sales team.
Responsible for health and safety requirements, training/compliance and line management of the Avantor staff to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to our customer.
Liaise with other suppliers, senior collaborators and the science community ensuring continuity of contracted services by measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Provide oversight to lower-level supervisor(s).
Other duties as needed.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$73,500.00 - $122,400.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
