The Responsibilities:
(1) To support sales functions in Sales Administration including stationing at the Sales Gallery on duty roster basis
(2) Open Grantee Files:
(3) Prepare certificate
(4) Invoices & Receipts
(5) Prepare Memo
(6) Liaise with Accounts Department
(7) To check availability of niche walls for sale to all sales agents.
(8) To calculation of sales agent monthly sales commission.
(9) To fill in invoice & receipts, Inurnment, death certificate and deceased particulars & etc., prepare grantee files to Accounts department from contractor’s claim, request and monitor all grantee files.
(10) Yearly Enlightenment Ceremony
(11) To liaise with customer enquiries (in-bound call / walk in), outstanding payment, appointment of nominee and change of address.

An Assistant Sales Manager in the telesales industry is responsible for supporting a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through telephone sales activities.
Key responsibilities and duties of an Assistant Sales Manager in the telesales industry may include:
· Leading and managing a team of telesales representatives, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
· Collaborating with Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

● Have an entrepreneur mindset and strong problem-solving skill
● Training team, excellence at sales closing skills, objection handling (conversion)
● Familiar with Ekiwi product is a plus
● Fluent in English
Required education background and experience:
● Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
● At least 3-4 years’ experience of Call Centre in which 3 year at least experience in managing a call- centre scale of at least 100++ people with proven records.
● Experience of working for a multinational company is an advantage.
● Ready to work and have experience using systems to manage teams
