POSITION PURPOSE
Facilitate repeat Urology customer product orders for actively enrolled customers in Liberator’s supply program. This includes customers that order on a monthly as well as quarterly basis. Reorder agents are also largely responsible for product education and guidance to ensure the customer’s needs are met to their full satisfaction.

Articulate the features and benefits of Urology and ancillary product lines offered to include knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of medical supply equipment
Track daily production and submit daily sales logs to direct supervisor
Maintain departmental call volume requirements of 100 daily calls to include inbound and outbound calls (minimum)
Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide excellent customer service to all Liberator Customers
Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by Sales Ops management
Effective management of client calls through detailed call scheduling and timely follow up
Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volumes.

GENERAL PURPOSE
The Inside Sales Representative is an integral part of the commercial sales organization supporting and contributing to the team’s success by providing world class customer service. Representatives are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and aligning them with applicable BWFS product offerings with the focus of selling BWFS upgrades as well as generating new and remanufactured equipment leads for Equipment Sales Executives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve and/or exceed upgrade sales targets, through proactive selling.
Develop a thorough knowledge of BFP packaging equipment and service offerings.
Collaborate with various members of the commercial sales organization to build relationships within the existing customer base.
Submit leads for new and remanufactured equipment opportunities using D365.
Support the Sales Executives by helping manage projects, leads and equipment installations as needed.
Drive targeted key account sales growth for new equipment, upgrades, service, and parts.
Supply customers with machine specifications for existing equipment and help them understand its current value utilizing XA.
Understand a customer’s performance requirements and packaging challenges for a variety of applications.
Propose solution options to address packaging challenges for customers by collaborating with BWFS engineers and Sales Executives including coordinating product samples as applicable.
Cultivate effective business relationships and actively promote the entire spectrum of BWFS products and services. This would include replacement part sales, technical service, training, and the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Program.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) system(s) to capture and maintain accurate records of customer contacts, activities, equipment install base, sales opportunities, and competitive information.
Internally communicate competitive intelligence and customer activities to increase the company’s competitive edge in the marketplace.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Associate degree and minimum 7 years’ experience in sales or a sales support role or bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or a sales support role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Consistently deliver world class customer service.
Generate profitable revenue growth by actively engaging new prospects and existing customers.
Ability to understand mechanical drawings and basic schematics.
