WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
This role supports all City departments on a day-to-day basis. This position is an integral part of the City’s IT Team.
This position will be tasked to help maintain and support all software and hardware that run the City of Aurora.
Supporting staff daily workload.
Maintaining staff utilization and priorities.
Provide break-fix support, development, interfaces, patches, and upgrades.
Partner with IT and the business to determine user requirements, analyze needs, and identify additional features, development, and upgrades.
Facilitate vendor management relationships and monitor vendor SLAs.
Track and maintain software application documentation and Disaster Recovery plans.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Collaborate with IT divisions (Networking, Systems, Client Services, PMO and Information Security) on work within the team's area of responsibility.

Education:
