Duties: Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Work with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities, and end of vendor support issues. Persuade and influence others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills. Estimate accurately the effort for assigned tasks and consistently meet commitments. Promote extensibility and reusability in application design and coding. Work with internal database team to understand optimal configuration for application and database servers to ensure high performance and availability. Extensive involvement in planning and estimates, multithreaded and microarchitecture design, pipelining projects, cache and virtual memory organizations (JVM restructure), protection and sharing of client data (security protocol), I/O and interrupts (Integration Configuration), symmetric multiprocessor, parallel and cloud computing. Responsible for planning and design multi process JVMs to work on enterprise level distributed architectures. Involve in preparing estimates and designing technical solution to proposals. Provide detailed technical design for enterprise solution which can be implanted across Collections FDM system that meets customer requirements. Create and provide reposts for business owners, stakeholders and project management team to get daily/weekly/monthly analysis on products, which helps to evolve more clarity on end user requirements and future transactions. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Physical Demands
Most work is sedentary and in an office environment, requiring sitting at a desk or computer terminal for long periods of time and viewing computer monitors for similarly long periods of time. Office work may at times involve lifting or carrying heavy objects such as computer equipment and peripherals.
