Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:
- Oversees a variety of operational tasks related to the administration of a diverse workforce including active-duty personnel, civilians, contractors, and executive staff.
- Leads DTSA-wide strategic planning design, development, measurement, publication, and activities in accordance with DoD regulations and policies.
- Provides technical guidance and advice to senior leaders on administrative and managerial programs.
- Devises and implement plans to build stronger organizational health and culture capabilities across DTSA that are strategically embedded in the organizational system for long term sustainment.
- Serves as the focal point for DTSA legislative affairs.
