Our client is looking for Sales Representative serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Salary Range: Basic RM2000-2500 (negotiable based on exp) + Milleage claim + Commission and Bonus
Working Hour: Monday-Friday (8:15am-6:00pm)
Job Description:
1. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
6. Analyse market’s potential, track sales and status report
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
9. Participate in innovative projects to enhance sales proposal process.
10. Identify new markets to widen market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation.
11. Continuously improve through feedback
12. Any ad hoc assigned
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-year experiences in OEM, B2B or any sales industry.
2. Candidates must be willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Puchong.
3. Bahasa Melayu & English. Mandarin is added as an advantage.
