Use Accpac general ledger system employing Fund Accounting
Post JEs and compiles financial statements. Crowe Horwath CPA audits annually and prepares tax return.
Support external audit and tax/filings payments including Abbott Fund Tanzania Ltd, a related party under the Abbott Fund and consolidated into the Abbott Fund.
Perform bank reconciliations and other reconciliations Accpac/ Symphony general ledger (e.g.: CAR reports and grants)
Coordinate Annual Global Contributions Reporting with Affiliate accounting for OUS contributions and revenue divisions for US contributions. An SOP documents these processes.
Prepare reports for Contribution Surveys for review and submission by Grants Manager
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Accounting knowledge of theory and practice based largely on education.
Strong Excel skills required.
This may also include an analyst with up to two years of experience beyond his/her degree.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Manufacturing Operator, Processing is responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system for our Tipp City, Ohio location.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of bulk slurries for blending operations
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of computer-controlled heat treatment processes
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of computer-controlled blending processes
Weighing/documenting/staging, utilizing a computer-controlled weigh system for batch ingredients
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of a computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) system utilized for manufacturing equipment (i.e. tanks, heat treatment system, etc.)
Preparation/perform/document product Line work operations (i.e. Standardization/Final Water using ingredients, flavors, oils etc.)

Individual will review and manage testing of SOX key controls tested by Internal Audit.
