- Plans, coordinates, administers, and provides direction and guidance to other branch staff in managing the more complex segments of the FPAC personal property portfolio.
- Ability to forecast and identify property management inventory problems and produce viable solutions.
- Analyzing and evaluating property management programs and functions.
- Process new inventory into the property management system (CPAIS), leads and coordinates incident and accident reporting for ATV’s/UTV’s and other personal property assets and leads and coordinates the disposition of personal property assets.
- Developing personal property policies of moderate to complex scope, which requires collaboration with others, independent research policy analysis, evaluation of data, and development of analytical reports.
- Initiates inventory audits and identifies and resolves the most complex problems and issues associated with managing and administering the personal property portfolio.
- Responsible for maintenance of electronic property files, processing and coordination of WEX equipment card transactions, issuing new bank cards, initiates disposal of cards as appropriate, and resolves WEX problems and issues.
- Responsible for ordering new trailer plates and entering data into Federal Motor Vehicle Registration System (FMVRS). Acts as Property Certifying Officer and enters actions relating to personal property in systems.
- Serves as primary liaison and advisor to customers in order to build strong customer relationships.
- Provides coaching, guidance, and direction to other personal property specialists in developing and recommending strategies, including accomplishing long and short-term goals and building customer relationships.
- Supports the Lead Personal Property Specialist in assigning new requirements to personal property specialists and in tracking workflow to ensure timely completion.
- Generates various reports pertaining to the personal property portfolio, in response to requests from management officials and customers.
- Interacts and communicates with branch, Division, and FPAC customers and staff as appropriate, as well as with other Federal agencies, vendors and contractors, external organizations, and members of the general public as authorized.
