The Quality Engineer role is an integral member of the Plant Operations team with specific focus on the key quality measures, packaging/process related quality issues, process control, quality systems, and improvement projects. Quality: 

• Maintain and improve/automate/digitize as needed, the Quality Control Management System (QCMS) to manage product quality and conformance in accordance with JDE guidelines and product specifications.

      2. Collaborate with various internal departments such as sales operation, marketing, shopper marketing, supply chain, customer service team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and monitoring customer receivables aging
• Prepare trade-related expenses accrual, A&P expenses accrual, provision doubtful debts and other AR-related journal entries
• Accurate and timely Processing of customer claims and payments
• Provides insight to customer payment behavior and credit risks
• Maintaining accurate and up to date accrued expenses and AR records
• Collaborating with sales teams to resolve customer billing and collection issues
• Performing accounts reconciliation
• Ensuring accounting and other AR related processes are compliant with accounting standards & company policies
• Identify and mitigate credit risks
• Check and reconcile customer statement of accounts, follow up on unreconciled items
• Prepares management reports for Sales and FP&A
• Responsible for keeping AR books in respective countries for all sales channels in accordance with accounting principles and all relevant regulations, laws and standards
• Implementing and maintaining AR processes and systems across the organization
• Liaise with external service provider for relevant outsourced accounting activities
• Ensure Sales signed distribution agreement with customer on a timely manner
• Other any ad-hoc & projects

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Stakeholder management experience
• SAP Knowledge will be added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Designs business development strategy, product portfolio and go-to-market strategy for the assigned markets.
• Executes new product launches in selected export countries.
• Responsible for sales revenue and P&L for the assigned markets.
• Responsible for distributor selection and managing distributor relations.
• The role requires close interaction with the Customer Service/Supply Chain and Export team.
• Prepares Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the assigned countries, factoring cost savings and financial targets.
• Strives to deliver sustainable sales growth and financial targets in the short and medium term and seeks opportunities to exceed the set sales target.
• Executes general pricing, promotional pricing and trade margins within guidelines and pricing bandwidth.
• Monitors trade spend and provides sales and volume forecasting on a monthly basis.
• Cross functional liaison to ensure all relevant functions are aware of our key success factors and issues in the export markets.
• Monitors and analyses market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify new opportunities in selected export countries.
• Liaises with markets and Legal Department re local legal requirements re pack design; wording and use of brand Trade Marks and logos to ensure legal compliance in Export markets.

Job Requirements

• University education with a degree, preferably in a business related subject e.g. Business Administration; Business Studies, Economics
• Minimum 3-5 years of international commercial business experience
• Solid experience in FMCG products
• Very open and a good understanding of managing different countries/ shows a full focus on the business profiles.
• Sound financial understanding and a record of managing a P&L
• Able to travel for business trip as part of the role.
