JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· To prepare, maintain, and update brochures / company profile / website / sales & marketing material and assist BD in preparing business plans / strategies to promote services.
· To prepare presentation slides, all the supporting documents for presentation and meeting purposes.
· To prepare pre-screening / pre-qualification / tender / RFQ / RFP for non-core services.
· To lead in preparing pre-screening / pre-qualification / tender / RFQ / RFP for core services whenever required.
· Collaborate with project, finance, HR/admin, or technical department in any BDD related document preparation.
· Coordinate with BD in outsourcing subcontractors for tender/pre-screening preparation.
· To prepare MoU, partnership agreement, any BD related documentations.
· To represent BDD in ISO related activities.
· Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
· Ensure that contract terms and conditions are favorable and in compliance with industry regulations.
· Implement robust cost control measures to track project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Engineering or Business Management
· Have an experienced on Business Development or tendering related matter
· Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and contract management.
· Experienced in oil and gas industry is an advantage

About the role
