Account Managers focus extensively on engaging with clients and customers, who utilize our products and services. The role involves a variety of key duties and responsibilities, which include:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Product to engage more deeply with audiences and clients
- Achieve and surpass KPIs and sales targets
- Have a thorough understanding of the business's product offerings and value propositions
- Adhere to organizational policies and regulations impacting the Sales department
- Actively seek new business and sales opportunities
- Develop innovative and customized sales solutions to address client and customer needs
A formal qualification is not mandatory for an Account Manager role, but experience in similar positions especially cybersecurity industry is highly preferred. We are looking for personnel with the following essential skills and qualities:
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs: Advanced skills in software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to Work Independently: Strong self-motivation and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
- Passion and Drive: A strong enthusiasm for the role and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Competitive Spirit: A desire to excel and outperform in a competitive environment.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a high standard of conduct and appearance.
- Relevant Experience: More than 2 years of experience in marketing or selling cybersecurity products and services
